For final fantasy xiv online: Last night after a while i was able to download at 1.9mb p/s, after uninstalling after a stupid problem the download speed is 0.20mb, currently says its going to take 800 minutes. So i decided to download and install another game via another vendor while i waited.
I fixed the issue for myself.

The fact that this is still happening so long after the release is just disappointing, i shouldn't have to know how to go into a router to reconfigure it to run a simple game; When i start the launcher , it starts with full download speed , then it start to get slower and slower to 0.08mb/s. I have the same problem. So instead of worrying, have a look now on the fixes for ffxiv unable to download patch files in windows 10.
